This dog house is equipped with the following amenities: Insulated Floor Ceiling & Walls, Doggy Door, Double Reinforced Floor, Electric (wall-mounted) Heater (with thermostat). Removeable Window with Screen, Viewable Internal Thermometer, Carpeted Floor, Wood Siding, Internal Light, External Plug Receptical and External Light (which automatically shuts off during the day and turns on during the night). All electical amenities are contolled by swithches enclosed in an Access Panel. Doghouse Measurements: 1) Internal = 4ft wide x 4ft high x 6 ft long. 2) External: Hight = 8ft (at roof peak) x 8ft long x 6ft wide (Blame it on the roof). The floor suspends 2 inches off the ground and stands on floating footings. Unit weight = 300 - 400lbs and is very sturdy. Am willing to deliver (at no additional cost) within the state of Minnesota, otherwise will arrange to be available for pick-up (at your expense).
