Description

The 2005 Stratus returns for this year available in the following model trims: SXT and R/T, each in sedan and coupe body styles. The SXT models are equipped with a 2.4L 6-cylinder engine while a 2.7L V6 engine powers all other models. A 3.0L 200 horsepower engine is exclusive to the R/T coupe. Standard features on all models include power convenience features, such as power windows, door locks, and mirrors. Cruise control is also standard across the board. The R/T sedan receives performance upgrades that include four-wheel ABS with traction control, sport tuned suspension, and a rear spoiler. For added safety, dual front and rear side curtain airbags are available optionally. A late model Base Stratus was added late in the model year.
