This AC Delco spark plug / parts display rack is new and in the orgional box, and Its never been used. It was made to be displayed in a auto parts store but never made it to the shelf. Now its been sitting in its origional box for the past 20 years. It stands about 22 1/2 inches tall its made of plastic and was made in Livonia, Michigan around 1991.
