Rent is $699/month and the lease ends April 16th -- you may work out an arrangement with management to extend the lease, if you need to do so. No deposit is necessary -- the $300 I paid will be yours to keep at the end of the lease should there be no/minimal damage. The apartment is conveniently located right off of Highway 55 and 494. The carpet was replaced six months ago, as well as a brand new laminate floor in the kitchen. There is plenty of spacious closet space, a balcony, and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need: full sized fridge and oven/stove, dishwasher, disposal, and the microwave and coffee maker are yours to keep when you move out.
