Plenty of parking space. Swamp is behind my property so lots of open space. Tall pines, wildlife, much more quiet and beautiful place than the city. About 30 miles from U of M. Use of kitchen and laundry included. Use of Ceramics studio in basement is negotiable. I am single, older straight female with a small dog. Into the arts including architecture.(have a Masters degree in Arch but not employed in the field yet). Pretty liberal, but no drugs please.
