We have a lovely 2nd floor bed room available December 15th for $400 and a charming basement room for $375 including utilities and wireless dsl available Jan 1st
in our 1890s updated house. The house has 2 full, large bathrooms, living room, dining room, study, den, lower level sitting room, large, new kitchen, laundry room and lots of rose gardens.
The house is beautifully furnished in high end antiques and the kitchen has been remodeled and has upper end appliances. We also have
wireless internet. We are near Lexington and University. Were organized, here, with a set of policies
that keep the house clean and peaceful. We dont allow overnight
romantic guests, and the house is very quiet because some of us are
grad students. We like a community lifestyle where we are friends and enjoy each others company. We try to eat together on Sundays. Most of us have been living here for two years and we love it, especially Daisy, the Cocker spaniel.
