I own a home on the East Side of St. Paul just minutes out of downtown in a quiet middle class neighbor hood. I am asking for $650/month including all utilities for this space. Utilities include: heat, electricity, water, laundry, high speed internet with wifi, and 100 channels of cable. There is also plenty of on-street parking.

The space is in a recently remodeled basement. About a year ago, I completely remodeled this space including, adding forced air heat and de-humidification, french doors, new recessed lighting throughout, brand new carpet, new electrical cable and thernet, new drywall and paint, and a brand new full bath with new shower and sink. There are 4 windows that bring plenty of sunlight into the space. This plus the new lighting and nice carpeting make it feel very modern and open. It is a cozy place to be, without feeling too much like a basement. Within the space there is a larger 14 x 14 bedroom and a 14 x 25 living room. There is also a large walk-in closet (4 x 12) that can be entered into by either the bedroom or the living room. Also, in the living room there are two built in dressers. Both rooms have plenty of electrical outlets and are wired for both ethernet (internet) and cable TV. You can access the basement by coming in through the back door and going directly downstairs. The only consistent business I have to do down there is laundry, otherwise it is completely separated and private from the rest of the house.

Also in the basement, in a different room, there is full featured workout equipment (a multi-machine with select-able weights). In the laundry room which is next to your bathroom is a modern, front loading washer and dryer. The bathroom which is fully private has storage space, a large shower stall, new lighting, toilet and sink.
